The Embassy Steakhouse
The Embassy Steakhouse, Sligo, Ireland, is Sligo's most trendy and chic dining venue. An inviting frontage with 5 large arched windows draws attention to the stylishly designed interior. The Wine Bar offers a classy and relaxed ambiance with the subtle displays of wines.
The Restaurant seats 60 people and is fitted with 3 large comfortable snugs. The Oak Wood & Polished Brass decor compliments the brown and cream colour scheme and various mood lighting enhances the stylish surroundings. The menu provides a selection of contemporary & interesting cuisine, with specialties every night and great char-grilled steaks served with our signature Jameson Whiskey Sauce.

The Belfry
Located in the heart of Sligo town, the Belfry is one of Sligo’s largest Bars with 4 bars over 3 levels and two outdoor heated patio gardens. Hooked Restaurant
Opened in 2017 and a sister venue of Eala Bhan, Hooked is located on the banks of the Garavogue River. The name is inspired by Grays famous Butcher Shop owned by Anthony's father. The electric interior includes the old butcher block incorporated into the bar, the traditional weighing scales and 'meat memorabilia'. It has a quirky and cosy feel and located right in the centre of the nightlife district.

Sinergie Restaurant (Clayton Hotel)
Sinergie Bistro serves fresh and exciting modern European dishes. The restaurant has exposed stonework and pillars from the original building in the Clayton Hotel, juxtaposing with modern oil on canvas art and bright colourful soft furnishings.
